This type of task is what we call a BRIT, which stands for Boring Repetitive Inefficient Task.

And PatchWork exists to eradicate BRIT in your daily work operation.

Where does BRIT exist?

In any project and companies, teams organize themselves and create processes to reach their goals. As time goes by, they tend to evolve adapting to new requirements or being more efficient. However, it often ends up in layers and layers of processes and tasks that might not even be necessary anymore. Our founder created a concept to identify those bottlenecks and target them.

What happens if you do not mitigate them?

Depending on how often it occurs, the impact can be very different: Efficiency of your team is reduced, Motivation to work decreases and spreads to all your team, the satisfaction of completing a task decreases, no learning, waste of your teams’ talents. All of those naturally leads to a heavy financial burden. They usually represent at least 30% of your current workload.
